The borders of the Polish part of the Carpathian Euroregion are the borders of the former (stopped to exist on the 31st December, 1998) provinces of Krosno, Przemyśl, Rzeszów and Tarnów of south-east Poland.

The Polish part of the Carpathian Euroregion includes the territories which geographically belong to the Valley of Sandomierz, the Outer West Carpathians (the Lower Beskid and the Ciężkowickie, Strzyżowskie, Dynowskie and Przemyskie Foothills) and the Outer East Carpathians (the Sanocko-Turczańskie Mountains and the Bieszczady Mountains). The topography of this region is very diversified. It varies from the low-lying northern part, the foothills of the middle part to the Mountains of Beskid and Bieszczady in the south.

The Polish part of the Carpathian Euroregion covers the area of 18 688 km2.
