Requirements to registration
of manuscripts which submit to an editorial department for editing
In an editorial
department it is necessary to submit manuscripts with observance of such requirements:
1. The unpacked text of the manuscript should be precise and contrast.
The press of the deformed or polluted font is not supposed.
2. The text of the manuscript unpacked on a paper of format A4 (210x297
see).
3. A size of a font of a set - 14 pt (items) with a line spacing one and
a half.
4. Fields should be not less: the top 20 mm, right 10 Mm, the left 30 mm
and the bottom 25 mm.
5. Length of a line in the original - up to 75 signs. The size? deviations
- 5 signs. On page of the continuous text should be printed no more than 45
lines. The smaller quantity of lines is supposed on initial and final pages.
6. Numbering of the manuscript through from the first (title) up to last
page without misses.
7. The manuscript moves in an editorial department in the complete set:
a cover, title pages and initial data, the basic original and the original
Illustrations.
8. Texts in tables should not leave for lines which limit columns. Tables
in the text should have heading and a serial number on which there is a reference
in the text.
9. Figures should be numbered in sequence of the reference to them in the
text.
